Meet Nathan Williams.

I'm Nathan Williams, a Mortgage Loan Originator with Edge Home Finance. I believe good mortgage guidance should do more than get someone approved. It should help people understand their options, make informed decisions, and feel confident about what comes next.

Homeownership is personal to me. I did not grow up in a home my family owned, and buying my first house with my wife changed the way I thought about stability, opportunity, and the future we could build. The gratitude I have for that experience shaped much of how I approach this business today and my desire to help others have their own story.

My role is to help people make sense of the numbers, understand the tradeoffs, and choose a mortgage strategy that fits the life they are trying to create. Sometimes that means finding an option they had not considered. Other times, it simply means making a complicated decision feel much easier to understand.

I take the same approach with my real estate partners: communicate clearly, stay steady when problems arise, and help move the transaction forward without creating unnecessary stress.

Outside of mortgages, I enjoy golf, travel, architecture, music, personal growth, and spending time with my wife. I'm originally from Lexington, Kentucky, and now live in Knoxville, Tennessee. I'm naturally curious about people—what matters to them, what motivates them, and what they are working toward.

Every person comes into the mortgage process with a different story. My job is to understand yours and help you make a decision that supports where you want to go.
